Chemopreventive and chemotherapeutic agents

The National Library of Science released another extensive paper, "Xanthones from Mangosteen Extracts as Natural Chemopreventive Agents: Potential Anti-Cancer Drugs," in December, 2011. This provides just one of about 202 reasons why I continue to drink at least three ounces of whole fruit puree mangosteen juice every day (and there's only one, XanGo, that fits that description). If you're interested in optimum health, do your own research by going to pubmed.gov and searching on "xanthones."

Laser Helps Sinus Pain

Laser therapy has numerous applications. Here's one patient's story about how it has helped with sinus problems.

Recently, I began receiving cold laser treatments for my sinuses.  For years, I have experienced headaches and pain from the inflammation, having to sleep at night propped up on two pillows and snoring to a considerable degree.  Now, the snoring is greatly reduced, I’m down to one pillow and actually feeling no pain at times.  More improvement to come, I’m sure.     --Pat Stimac

We offer complimentary phone consultations (206-658-7658) so you can get your questions answered before deciding whether our treatment approaches might be right for you.

It was easier than I thought

Here I am in the blogosphere, with musings about chiropractic, health, wellness, and the dilemma of semi-consciousness.  My first e-zine article (Choosing a Chiropractor:  Nine Ways That Worked and One That Didn't) was accepted today!  Yippee!  I'll let you know where it's posted, as soon as I figure out how to add links...
